We're seeking a
Senior Customer Success Manager
to take ownership of enterprise client relationships and help shape the future of the CSM function for a high-growth SaaS company in the
secure payments and digital transactions space
. This is a senior, high-impact role where you'll work closely with well-known brands and guide them to long-term success.
About the Role
* Manage and grow enterprise accounts across sectors in hospitality and luxury retail.
* Partner with global brands, ensuring exceptional service and strong commercial outcomes.
* Drive retention, expansion, and customer advocacy.
* Collaborate closely with the sales organisation to ensure a seamless client journey.
* Help define the CSM function, bringing structure, best practices, and strategic input.
About You
* 5-6 years' experience in SaaS (payments experience a bonus).
* Confident in guiding and influencing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Commercially minded, with experience in renewals, upsells, and account growth.
* Ready to step into a senior role - or already operating at that level - with the drive to make an impact.
* Commutable to Dublin and holds valid working rights for Ireland.
