This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated childcare professional who is ready to take on a leadership role within a supportive and progressive early years organisation.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of two years' managerial experience in a childcare or early years setting
* A Level 8 qualification (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to ensure full compliance with TUSLA, POBAL, and DES standards
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* A hands-on approach and commitment to maintaining a high-quality, child-centred environment
