We are looking for 1 to support Technology hiring and 1 to support our Enabling functions such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain etc.

What you'll do

Accountable for the full end to end recruitment lifecycle of Technology or Central Functions positions across our Global Head Office remit.
Implement creative attraction strategies to generate top talent for the vacancies
Ensure the Primark employer branding is reflected throughout the whole recruitment process
Ensure the selection process is fair and consistent, in line with Primark policies
Source talent and build and maintain effective talent banks for key roles and key locations utilising the CRM
Effectively manage and monitor key metrics relating to all aspects of recruitment
Update reports and provide comms to key business stakeholders
What You'll Bring

A proven recruiter with an in-house or specialist agency background

Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to engage and influence
