About the RoleDECI Ltd. is growing its commissioning team across the Nordics and is seeking experienced Electrical Commissioning Engineers to support current data center projects and new programs immediately and beginning in early 2026. These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem solving, structured commissioning processes, and working on large scale, mission critical facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute electrical commissioning activities in accordance with project specifications, procedures, and commissioning plans.Perform functional testing, point to point checks, inspections, and verification of electrical equipment and systems.Support FAT, SAT, and IST activities for MV and LV systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, ATS/STS, and BMS interfaces.Assist in preparing and reviewing commissioning documentation including test scripts, method statements, redlines, and results tracking.Identify and report deficiencies, track corrective actions, and participate in resolution discussions.Interface with construction, mechanical, QA/QC, and client teams to ensure seamless integration of all electrical systems.Contribute to handover activities including commissioning records, punch lists, and operation readiness deliverables.Provide regular progress updates to the Commissioning Lead and project stakeholders.RequirementsProven electrical commissioning experience within data centers, industrial facilities, energy, pharmaceutical, or related mission critical environments.Solid understanding of MV/LV electrical distribution, UPS systems, standby generation, ATS/STS arrangements, and critical power philosophy.Ability to read, interpret, and work from electrical drawings, schematics, and commissioning documentation.Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork ability.Current right to work in Europe is essential.Willingness to travel or work rotationally on Nordics based projects.What We OfferCompetitive all inclusive contract rates based on experience and project location.Continuity of work across multiple European data center builds.Exposure to cutting edge electrical systems and advanced commissioning practices.Opportunities to grow with DECI into more senior or specialist roles over time.A supportive and professional environment that values long term relationships and consistent delivery.About DECI Ltd.DECI Ltd. provides commissioning and engineering expertise for mission critical infrastructure across Europe, the Middle East, and the USA.
