Administrative Support Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Ireland. * Provide vital support in organizing procurement and logistics coordination for the EPC team.
* Handle all office management tasks, including scheduling appointments for senior executives, ordering office supplies, and preparing meetings.
* Create comprehensive reports, presentations, and updates for both external stakeholders and internal teams.
* Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams, HR, finance departments, along with external stakeholders such as suppliers and subcontractors.
* Contribute to the design and improvement of administrative processes by utilizing digital tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and CRM.
* Assist in organizing business trips, training courses, and company events, while also aiding in document control and compliance monitoring.
