The Team and the Opportunity
We’re seeking experts in Java-based Technologies to join our System Engineering and Integration team. In this role, you will design and guide the architecture of Java applications while actively participating in coding and development. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and can balance strategic architectural decisions with hands-on work. Your Key Responsibilities
* Coding new developments and enhancements.
* Designing applications, systems, or processes.
* Ensuring quality of program specifications and code.
* Adhering to code quality and testing standards.
* Implementing and automating integration tests.
* Managing complex live incidents.
* Coordinating team or release activities.
* Creating prototypes and screen designs.
* Supervising and coaching junior resources.
* Providing input for governance and status reports.
* Peer reviewing code changes.
Skills and Attributes for Success
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, design, and testing.
* Strong knowledge in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Rest API.
* Experience with ActiveMQ and messaging technologies.
* Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
* Ability to develop unit tests (JUnit).
* Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, SonarQube, Maven, Jenkins).
* Technical solution design skills.
* Experience with delivery methodologies and application lifecycle.

Qualifications
