Responsibilities Conduct health assessments and pre-employment medicals. Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses. Develop and implement health and wellness programs. Monitor and manage workplace health hazards and risks. Conduct health surveillance and maintain accurate health records. Provide advice on occupational health issues and workplace ergonomics. Collaborate with management to develop health and safety policies. Conduct training sessions on health and safety topics. Liaise with external healthcare providers and regulatory bodies. Manage health records in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Qualifications Requirements and Experience Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license. Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in occupational health. Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is preferred. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
