The successful candidate will support the estimating and commercial team with administration, document control, pricing support, and general office coordination. This role would suit candidates with strong organisational skills and an interest in construction or engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the estimating team with preparation of quotations and tender documents
Maintain and update project and pricing records
Support document control and filing systems
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing informationPrepare spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
Assist with procurement administration and project documentation
Coordinate incoming enquiries and tender information
Ensure accurate record keeping and data entry
Support senior team members with daily administration duties
General office administration and project support
Requirements
Previous administration experience desirable
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Strong willingness to learn and develop within the construction industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Construction or engineering administration experience advantageous but not essential
