This is a position that will help to stand out within your discipline and take the next step in your career.Responsibilities:Complete general administration tasks involved in the daily running of a busy officeAssist with creating digital content and update social media platformsCreate documentation for BID presentations and documentsMaintain the BID libraryManage subcontractor documentation, ensuring up-to-date insurance, H&S forms and compliance records.Point of contact for IT supportRequirements:Minimum of two years experience working in a similar roleExcellent phone manner and organisational skills Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of toolsIndesign experience would be an advantageIf you are looking for a key role with one Ireland's leading main contractors, this could be the position for you.
