As a key player in driving our retail business forward, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. With a strong track record of delivering results and leading high-performing teams, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our busy Circle K stores.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the overall performance of the store, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
* Lead and develop a team of retail staff, providing coaching, training and guidance to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Champion a world-class customer experience, working closely with colleagues to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:
* Maintain a safe and secure environment within the store, adhering to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives and goals.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar retail management position.
* Proven track record of consistently delivering results and leading high-performing teams.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
