This permanent, full-time role begins with a structured 2-year programme that includes rotational placements across different teams and functions. You’ll be immersed in real-world challenges, supported by a global network of mentors, and empowered to make meaningful contributions. What You Might Be Doing
Your role as a Procurement Graduate will involve working with category buyers in all aspects of the sourcing process, working closely with Kerry’s manufacturing sites and supply partners.
* Category/Market Analysis: Provide category and market insight by analysing data to develop sourcing and supply plans.
* Cross Functional Relationships: Monitor usage/demand by coordinating with site supply chains. Work with R&D to introduce new materials and identify potential new sources.
* Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with category buyers to source the highest quality materials and services at the best price using tools including tendering.
* Cost Saving Pipeline: Develop and execute a cost savings pipeline with category buyers.
* Supplier Management: Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to meet quality and service requirements.
* Sustainability: Support buyers in achieving our sustainability goals, responsible sourcing, waste reduction, circular economy, and recyclable packaging.
What You Need
* You are working towards or have recently completed a minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant subject.
* You are people-centric, with a genuine passion for food and collaboration.
* You are fluent in English and speak a second language—ideally Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, or French.
* You are permanently eligible to work in Europe.
* You are strategic and solution-oriented, bringing energy and enthusiasm to support our dynamic business.
* You must have permanent Right to Work in Europe or UK (for UK based roles) and be willing to relocate to other European countries during the program.
