Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with sales inquiries, estimate preparation, and quotation development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building technology methods and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Duties:
* Manage incoming sales inquiries in accordance with company policy.
* Prepare estimates by translating documents and identifying labour, material, and time requirements.
* Develop quotations that accurately reflect project costs.
* Assist in monthly valuations and payment claims for clients.
* Analyse discrepancies and resolve issues through data collection and analysis.
* Maintain accurate cost databases and backup records.
* Update tender logs and maintain relevant documentation.
* Support the preparation and checking of bills of quantities and tender submission documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a building or engineering discipline.
* A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role is desired, but graduate status will be considered.
* Strong understanding of building technology methods.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
