Overview
We are seeking a high-calibre Finance Manager to join a rapidly expanding global finance function, based in Dublin. Reporting into the Senior Financial Reporting Manager, this newly created role will build and lead a team of finance analysts responsible for delivering financial and regulatory reporting for both the firm’s management companies and its funds.
Dublin is becoming an increasingly pivotal hub for the business, and this is a high-profile opportunity with visibility to senior global leadership and collaboration across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
* Build, develop and manage a team of finance analysts based in Dublin
* Oversee regulatory reporting and filings across multiple jurisdictions
* Manage the monthly close process across global regions (EMEA and North America)
* Oversee management company accounting, reconciliations and cash management
* Lead on financial statement preparation and coordination of audits
* Deliver accurate and insightful internal management reporting to senior stakeholders
* Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and global finance projects
* Collaborate closely with global finance teams to deliver high-quality, timely reporting
Candidate Profile
* 5–8 years’ PQE, with a recognised accounting qualification (ACA or equivalent)
* Currently at Senior Manager / Director level (with investment management, asset management or funds clients) or in-house within a large asset manager, investment manager, private equity firm or similar
* Strong technical accounting skills, experience managing complex entities across multiple jurisdictions
* Proven leadership and people management experience or clear readiness to step into a people management role
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior global colleagues
* Commercial mindset, analytical approach and ability to deliver in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with a drive for continuous improvement
