* Assist with managing the team's financial performance e.g. agreeing and billing of fees.

* Proactively manage client expectations and be point-of-contact for clients.

* Manage a portfolio of clients of variable sizes across different industries.

* Lead teams on the planning, execution, and completion of audits.
">
">
* Provide technical auditing and accounting assistance to team members and clients.
">
">
* Participate in the coaching, mentoring, and appraisal of staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
">
* ACA or ACCA Qualified.
">
">
* 4 years+ PQE.
">
">
* Knowledge of the ISA's and accounting standards FRS100 to FRS102.
">
">
* Client-oriented with initiative, enthusiasm, and problem-solving attitude.
">
">
* Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with maximum discretion.
">
">
* Excellent organisational skills, time-management, and communication skills.
