Job Description
The Education and Training Coordinator will play a key role in the successful delivery of our educational programmes, creating safe and supportive spaces for LGBTQ+ young people. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of our youth work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the activities of the Education and Training team to ensure the successful roll-out of our educational programmes.
* Support the Director of Education, Training & Community Practice in achieving the strategic goals of the Department.
* Contribute to the organisation's goals as set out in our Strategic Plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have:
* At least 4 years' experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role.
* Experience in programme management and delivery.
* Excellent communications and presentation skills.
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
* Full, clean driving licence.
