About the Role You will manage and grow a defined territory of Primary and Post-Primary schools, acting as the trusted, first point of contact for all product and relationship matters. Through regular school visits, follow-ups, and ongoing communication, you will actively farm existing accountsdeepening engagement, identifying additional needs, and expanding product adoption over time. You will present and demonstrate educational resources to teachers, principals, and school leadership teams, converting strong relationships into confirmed orders and repeat business. Alongside account management, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, supporting overall growth in market share. Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets will be central to the role, supported by participation in product launches, exhibitions, and educational conferences. You will also plan and manage a busy schedule of school visits, including the organisation, transport, and delivery of product samples to educators. Qualifications You have strong knowledge of, and experience within, the Primary and/or Post-Primary education sector in Ireland, combined with a proven track record in client-facing sales. You excel at relationship management and consultative selling, with a consistent history of meeting and exceeding targets.
