Monart Destination Spa are seeking a kitchen porter to join their team.
The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible working hours however this particular role will be mainly day shifts 8am-4.30pm and from 24 to 40hrs per week.
This it is not a seasonal position the ideal candidates must be available midweek through out the year.
This role involves ensuring a high standard of cleaning is maintained in the kitchen area.
Follow rigidly and observe all hygiene regulations
To clean all cutlery, delph, pots, pans and equipment
To operate necessary cleaning equipment as trained in a safe manner
To be attentive in carrying out duties so to minimise breakages/damage to company property
To clean floors and work surfaces with exacting attention to detail using correct chemicals and equipment.
To complete and sign off on all check lists as required
To carry out our customer relations policy by ensuring all guests needs are met
To ensure that all reasonable care is taken for the Health and Safety of yourself, other employees, guests and other persons on the premises
To attend all training courses as notified to you by management
To carry out duties as may be notified to you by management
To report and where possible take action on incidents or damage
