Job Description
We are seeking a professional to develop and implement issue management projects. This role will play a key leadership part in creating and maintaining project deliverables across the enterprise.
This position involves coordinating with stakeholders to ensure consistency in implementation of policies, standards, procedures, job aids, and best practices for issue management and resolution.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and directing deliverables, providing recommendations, and taking initiative on projects or team tasks.
* Perform thematic read-across to identify enterprise trends and opportunities.
* Establish and maintain Issues Management Procedures and Job Aids.
* Report and manage issues through the ServiceNow IRM Module.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Required Experience: Several years of experience in financial services and experience/expertise in a COO or Internal Audit related role.
Demonstrated Track Record: Driving transformation and change across a global organization.
Additional Requirements: Extensive experience in issues management and remediation within a financial services context, risk assessments (RCSA, compliance Risk Assessment), strong communication written/oral skills.
