Thanks to steady growth and a fierce reputation, they are once again looking to expand. Key Responsibilities: Create, maintain, review, and manage construction programmes and schedules. Work closely with managers and engineers to monitor project progress and resolve emerging issues. Co-ordinate activities with external contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Track live projects and prepare progress reports for internal teams and clients. Present planning information during internal meetings. Identify programme risks and contribute to problem-solving activities. Support consultations and negotiations with consultants and developers. Develop pre-construction requirements and prepare schedules to meet programme dates. Demonstrate knowledge of planning requirements under various construction contracts. Understand modern building techniques, plant/equipment usage, and logistics considerations. Consider cost impacts when compiling programmes and developing construction solutions. Provide planning input for PQQs, tender responses, bids, and ongoing projects. Attend and provide information for pre-tender, mid-tender, and post-tender interviews. The successful candidate should be proficient in programming software (e.g., ASTA Powerproject) and capable of developing and maintaining progress databases.
