Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and organised IT professional to join our team as an IT Project Coordinator. This is a long-term project role (approx. 3 years) with a reputable business offering competitive salary based on experience, Monday to Friday schedule, and opportunity to lead and oversee significant digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work towards reducing manual processes across all departments;
* Collaborate closely with software providers and internal teams to plan, test, and implement IT system changes;
* Test, upgrade, and install Sales CRM and Online Ordering systems;
* Implement RF Scanning for goods inwards and warehouse stock picking, and train staff on proper procedures;
* Oversee the transition from paper-based delivery dockets and sales invoices to electronic recording within the Van Distribution System;
* Support automation of credit card receipt deductions and posting of van receipts to debtors ledger;
* Coordinate system testing, staff training, documentation, and feedback to ensure successful implementation;
* Liaise with management and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery;
* Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in IT project coordination, administration, or systems implementation;
* Strong IT skills and familiarity with software testing, integration, and training;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
* Experience mentoring or managing teams through process or system changes;
* Highly organised with strong problem-solving and time management skills;
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
