Job Title: Business Development Representative
Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is to identify and pursue business opportunities in the field of energy sales. This involves building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new customer leads through face-to-face sales interactions.
* Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential customers and multiple property owners, focusing on achieving high conversion rates.
* Promote and sell Prepay Power products/services to customers.
* Meet and exceed individual targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

As a Field Sales Representative, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a basic salary starting from €32,000 - €34,000 and uncapped, realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of €50,000 in the first year. You will also receive a sign-on bonus of €2,000 after successfully completing your probationary period.
