Our client is currently recruiting for a Graduate Public Procurement Adviser to join their team in Dublin 2.
This role is offered on an initial 2-year rolling contract, with strong potential for extension and long-term progression within the public sector.

Responsibilities
10. Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of public procurement activities for goods, services, and works.
11. Assist in the preparation of procurement strategies, project briefs, cost estimates, and tender documentation in line with national and EU public procurement regulations.
12. Support the administration of tender competitions, including evaluation of submissions and preparation of award recommendations.
13. Assist with contract award, contract administration, and supplier engagement processes.
14. Maintain accurate procurement records, contract documentation, and audit-ready files in compliance with public sector governance requirements.
15. Liaise with internal stakeholders to support procurement planning and ensure value-for-money outcomes.
16. Assist in monitoring contract performance and compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
17. Support continuous improvement of procurement processes, templates, and procedures.
18. Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
19. Carry out administrative and reporting duties as required and contribute to the ongoing development of the role.
Requirements
20. Candidates must hold, or expect to graduate with, a Level 8 (or higher) Quality & Qualifications Ireland (QQI) major academic award (minimum second-class honours) in a procurement-relevant discipline such as business, economics, procurement, supply chain management, commerce, law, public administration, or a related fiel
