Overview
Standards manager provides operational and project management support to in the day to day standards activities/processes.
Qualifications
* Experience in standards related work, in particular ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and GAMP5 in the area of software development.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to develop and maintain work processes.
* Self-starter with ability to prioritise and execute projects by defined deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Experience in administration of QMS systems.
* Experience in administration of JIRA and Confluence.
* Experience with international type approvals is a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with relevant internal teams, including product management, project management, development, quality assurance and customer support, to establish work practices and procedures that align with industry standards and corporate policies.
* In collaboration with process owners, draft written policies and procedures related to key business processes and ensure they are properly communicated.
* Perform internal audits and process reviews to determine whether established procedures are being followed and identify areas for improvement.
* Manage the external audit programme to ensure that all nonconformities raised during audits are analysed, effectively corrected and independently verified.
* Coordinate international type approvals for telematics devices.
* Maintain document control of all relevant policies, procedures and records.
* Manage an internal system of nonconformities and corrective actions.
* Support customers, dealers and other personnel in standard related queries.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.
