Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Cork is for a Senior Behaviour Therapist. Responsibilities include conducting behavioural assessments, developing and implementing behaviour support plans, providing training and support to staff and families, and monitoring progress and outcomes for individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.
Qualifications
* Experience in behavioural assessments and support plan development
* Ability to train and support staff and families
* Monitoring progress for individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism
* Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Relevant certification or degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
