Support Pharmacist (East Galway)QR Select are currently recruiting for aSupport Pharmacist for a full-time, contract position in a busy community pharmacy located in East GalwayThe role will be 40 hours a week on an initial 6 month contract term with no late night or Sunday openingAs a Support Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, patients, suppliers, and the wider community.Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth daily operation of the pharmacy.Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions.Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure availability of medications.Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, promptly addressing any health and safety concerns with the pharmacy manager.Delivering the highest standards of care and service to patients while on duty.Participating in ongoing training and development programs provided by the pharmacy.Performing other day-to-day duties as required to support the pharmacy team.To be considered for this role, you must have:ABSc (Pharm)orMPharmdegree.Registration as a Pharmacist with thePharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and people management abilities.If you are interested in getting further information on the role, click the apply button below
