We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time, maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Handle employee queries related to pay, deductions, and leave.
3. Manage credit control processes, including chasing outstanding payments and resolving account issues.
4. Maintain and reconcile the sales ledger, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate records.
5. Assist with month-end procedures and reporting.
6. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
7. Support audits and provide documentation as required.
