Job Responsibilities
* Lead business requirements gathering and analysis activities, translating business needs into clearly defined specifications.
* Design and document efficient business processes in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
* Work closely with IT and operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions that align with the organisation's goals.
* Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), including creating test cases and tracking outcomes.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and reports.
* Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions to ensure internal teams can support implemented changes effectively.
* Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance system functionality and performance.
Experience Required
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role within the financial services sector, preferably in life and pensions or wealth management.
* Strong experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ideally Salesforce.
* Proven track record in requirement elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and business process improvement.
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Desirable Skills
* Strong understanding of financial products and regulatory frameworks in Ireland.
* Experience using tools for process mapping and documentation.
* Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are advantageous.
Educational Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
