Hotel Leadership Role
We have an exciting opportunity at our city-centre property featuring freshly refurbished rooms. A commercially-minded, rate-savvy leader is required to lead the Front of House team (Reception, Accommodation and Porters) in delivering a superior guest experience while ensuring hotel revenue maximisation.
The successful candidate will be a senior Front Office / Hotel Manager with at least two years' experience of managing an entire Front of House team at a quality hotel property. An understanding of sound revenue management practices is a strong advantage.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and motivating the Front of House team
* Ensuring exceptional guest service
* Maximising hotel rates through effective revenue management
Experience with event management is an added advantage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent training and motivational skills, leading from the front as a hands-on manager. Proficiency with hospitality software is preferred.
