Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dublin, with flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning and execution of projects by coordinating tasks, expediting processes, and ensuring timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing logistics, overseeing inspections, monitoring project progress, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to promote collaboration and project success.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Expediting and Inspection tasks to ensure timely and quality project execution
* Project Management skills, including planning, task coordination, and monitoring progress
* Knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee supply chain and operational efficiency
* Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
* Adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with the ability to manage both on-site and remote tasks
* Previous experience in technology or research-driven projects is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
