An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading main contractor on a high profile pharmaceutical construction project in Limerick. This large scale development forms part of a global investment in advanced manufacturing and will involve the delivery of state of the art facilities to the highest regulatory and quality standards.
About the Project
The project involves the construction and fit out of a cutting edge pharmaceutical manufacturing campus. Works include complex structural builds, cleanroom environments, high spec mechanical and electrical installations, and strict compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
This is a fast paced, technically demanding project requiring strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day to day site operations and ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently
Manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
Monitor project progress against programme and report on milestones
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Maintain high quality standards throughout all stages of construction
Identify and resolve any on site issues promptly
Ensure all works meet regulatory and client requirements
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large scale construction projects
Experience in pharmaceutical, industrial, or high spec projects is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and quality standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
Relevant construction qualifications (Degree or Trade Background preferred)
Package
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 (DOE)
