Azets Ireland is hiring a Private Client Tax Manager to deliver high‑quality compliance and advisory work across a varied portfolio. You will manage client relationships, support complex personal tax matters and help develop talent within our Private Client team.

What you’ll do
Manage and grow a private client tax portfolio with increased responsibility
Deliver compliance and advisory work for high net worth individuals
Identify planning opportunities and provide tailored tax advice
Liaise with clients to resolve queries and understand their needsEnsure Revenue deadlines and obligations are met
Review work prepared by junior team members and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client delivery
Monitor utilisation, productivity and work in progress
Support senior colleagues on wider team objectives and planning
What we’re looking for
CTA, ACA, ACCA or CA (Ireland) qualified
Previous personal or private client tax or mixed tax experience in practice
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to research complex areas
Experience advising clients across multiple sectors
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to lead, coach and support junior colleagues
Strong organisational skills and commitment to high‑quality work
