Summary:
LMC FM is seeking an enthusiastic Facilities Support Coordinator to join our help desk team and provide office based support to our customers and engineering teams. The successful candidate must have solid multi-tasking skills and be detail driven. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to develop a career in this growing sector.
A background in facilities management or related environment like engineering, construction, mechanical and electrical, or technology would be ideal but not essential. Your experience and capability are more important to us than qualifications
Responsibilities:
• Communicating with customers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure client requirements are met.
• Creating jobs on inhouse system and progress to close stage.
• Assigning work to engineers and subcontractors.
• Updating job details in real time on inhouse system.
• Following up on works to ensure compliance with statutory requirements is completed.
• Working closely with the Contract Management Team and escalating any urgent issues.
Experience:
• Must be a fluent English speaker and be permitted to work in Ireland.
• Minimum one year experience in a fast-paced dynamic customer service environment.
• Excellent administration, communication, IT, reporting skills, and customer care skills.
• Technical aptitude and IT skills.
• Technical background in facilities management / trades / mechanical / electrical (
desirable
)
• Organisational, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to respond fast and prioritise work in an efficient manner.
• Team player with a proactive outlook and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with the team.
