The Chef de Partie will be instrumental in the operational management of a fast-paced kitchen, collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in upholding consistently premium standards.
You will take command of your designated station, guaranteeing quality execution, visual appeal, and service excellence throughout all service periods.

The kitchen functions with a committed team comprising 5 chefs and 2 Kitchen Porters, cultivating a cooperative and professional atmosphere.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Exercise complete ownership of your assigned kitchen station
Execute, prepare, and present meals to consistently exceptional standards
Participate in menu creation and culinary innovation as required
Uphold all food safety, HACCP compliance, and sanitation protocols
Liaise effectively with the senior culinary team to facilitate seamless service
Mentor junior team members and foster a constructive kitchen atmosphere
Monitor inventory allocation and reduce surplus within your station
Guarantee all meals are dispatched promptly and meet specification requirements
Requirements (Must Have)
Previous experience in the Hospitality sector required
Proven background in an equivalent position or demonstrated readiness to progress in their career
Comprehensive understanding of kitchen procedures and food safety regulations
Proficiency to perform effectively in a high-tempo, demanding setting
Constructive outlook with exceptional collaborative abilities
Based in Ireland with authorisation to work in the Republic of Ireland
