A busy and well-established general practice firm is seeking a Legal Executive / Legal Secretary to join its Litigation Department, with the opportunity to gain experience across other areas of the practice. This role offers hands-on exposure to litigation as well as broader legal work, including assisting with Land Direct queries and supporting solicitors across multiple departments.Please note: This role is fully on site.Key ResponsibilitiesTyping correspondence, including letters and emails, from dictationCopying, compiling, and preparing Counsel briefsOpening, maintaining, and organising both digital and physical filesManaging invoicing and providing general administrative supportAssisting solicitors in both litigation and general practice mattersCandidate RequirementsMinimum of 2 years' experience in a busy legal practiceStrong ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise effectivelyExcellent organisational skills with proficiency in case management systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and brief-building toolsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailA strong team player who can also work independently when neededRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
