Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team as Junior Sous Chef in our Michelin-starred restaurant, The Oak Room. As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Head Chef in managing a team of 10 chefs in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist with menu planning and preparation in conjunction with the Executive Head Chef and Director of Culinary
* Manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service standards
* Maintain high levels of food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, including HACCP and HSE guidelines
