Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in implementing an ERP system.
This is a contract role with an expected duration of approximately 9 months.
The candidate will work 3 days per week initially, increasing to 5 days near project completion.
The ERP System is Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with internal employees and stakeholders.
* Liaise with the third-party ERP implementation team to ensure seamless integration.
* Coordinate steering meetings with the third-party Irish Entity and European Head Office.
* Develop and implement solutions to address any issues or concerns.
* Cleanse and upload Masterdata to the ERP system.
* Oversee testing procedures to ensure timely completion.
* Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
* Resolve any remaining issues before project completion.
