Job Description:
As a Test Centre Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of tests at our test centres.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving and welcoming test candidates and visitors upon arrival
* Taking required security precautions, including checking identification and confirming license entitlement
* Monitoring candidates during tests to ensure a secure testing environment
* Signing test candidates in/out of the testing room and filing irregularity reports as necessary
* Providing security at the testing facility and maintaining the cleanliness of the centre
* Operating computer hardware and other test centre equipment, and supporting operations personnel with data communications
Requirements:
* Flexibility regarding hours and willingness to cover in other test centres if required
* Ability to complete TCA accreditation exams and participate in training sessions as needed
