This 12‑month fixed‑term contract places you at the head of Client Services within the Distribution – Investment Solutions division. You will lead a team that supports investor relations, events, branding, and marketing, while coordinating governance and reporting for the Investment Solutions team across a global sales network.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Client Services team within Investment Solutions.
Oversee all deliverables to external and internal stakeholders.
Organise, coordinate, teach, and develop the wider team.
Maintain and nurture a leadership role for other team members.
Manage client services, investor relations, events, branding, marketing, and coordination of governance and reporting of the Investment Solutions team to the wider organisation.
Problem‑solve and fulfil client requests, including investor meeting coordination, RFPs, due diligence, country registrations, platform onboarding, databases, distribution agreements, and rebate management.
Communicate annual targets, deliverables, and commitments to all investment managers.
Build strong relationships with clients and be a reliable point of contact.
Lead and develop service offerings for investment managers, communicating ongoing sales activity, pipeline progression, and asset‑raising achievements.
Lead marketing, branding, and events initiatives; create a marketing annual calendar.
Organise and oversee the annual roadshow schedule and coordinate meeting deliverables.
Develop processes and reporting deliverables for the Client Services and Investment Solutions teams.
Lead and oversee all team governance and reporting to the wider organisation – understanding deal flows, client registers, asset‑raising targets, and board reporting.
Collect and report Sales team data clearly to review targets and achievements.
Share team reporting with the Global Head of Distribution.
Drive initiatives to improve efficiencies across sales, internal processes, reporting, and relationship management.
Manage high workloads and meet deadlines across stakeholders.
Understand all aspects that motivate the sales team and the business model.
Use Salesforce and email‑marketing tools to record, track, and report on all activities.
Exhibit an excellent, results‑driven approach to client relationship management.
Deliver a service above expectations and develop a significant value‑add proposition for both investment managers and clients.
Requirements

Experience
7+ years’ experience working with clients and exposure to alternative UCITS and AIFs, ideally within an Investor Relations or Client Relations team for an asset manager or fund service provider.
Previous team management experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Collaboration with colleagues across geographic and functional boundaries.
Ability to combine local‑market understanding with wider business and regulatory context.
High levels of personal integrity and client service.
Self‑motivation and confidence.
Solid computer skills, particularly in Salesforce or a similar CRM system, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education
Strong academic background including a degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
Minimum B.A. degree from a reputable institution, preferably within a finance‑focused curriculum.
