Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Procurement Assistant to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide seamless workplace services and ensure a positive workplace experience for all employees and visitors.
* Represent the organization as front of house, promoting core values with a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic personality.
* Anticipate needs and exceed expectations to deliver memorable experiences for employees and visitors.
* Welcome employees and visitors, answering or referring inquiries and directing them appropriately.
* Respond to incoming queries in a timely, professional manner and maintain security-related processes such as issuing visitor badges.
* Deal with meeting room booking requests, answer queries, provide information, and solutions while updating calendars.
* Provide mailroom and courier support and assistance from bookings, receipt, and collection.
* Offer first-line response for Workplace tickets and resolve reception-related tickets efficiently.
* Order and manage workplace and office supplies, ensuring reception systems and equipment are fully operational and functional.
* Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness in reception and client-facing areas.
* Collaborate with the workplace team to identify faults, hazards, or areas for improvement.

Requirements:

* Education/Degree in Administration/Customer Service/Business.
* Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Hands-on experience with office equipment, such as fax machines and printers.
* Professional attitude with solid written and verbal communication skills.
