We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing the online presence of multiple brands within our leisure hospitality business.Responsibilities• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.• Create engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to attract and retain our target audience.• Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.• Engage with our followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.• Create audio, visual and written compelling content, liaising when appropriate with the relevant departments within the business to capture content and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.• Attend relevant events to capture live content for social media. Ability to work evenings and weekends is necessary.• Manage Google Business accounts• Identify, manage and maintain strong relationships with on-brand influencers that lead to collaborations.• Identify emerging social channels and hospitality trends• Other ad hoc marketing duties, as requiredQualifications• 2 years proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of different platforms and their best practices.• Excellent writing and communication skills.• Creative and innovative mindset.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Experience with Meta Business Suite• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Premiere Pro or other video editing software like CapCut) and Canva.• Video editing skills.Working SchedulePlease note that job will include a mix of days, early evenings and occasional weekend hours for special events.
