Role & Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate the design and delivery of complex architectural projects from concept through completion.
2. Collaborate with international design teams to produce innovative, technically sound solutions.
3. Prepare and oversee technical drawings, specifications, and reports ensuring quality and compliance.
4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications.
5. Support and mentor junior architects while contributing to a collaborative studio culture.
Required Skills & Experience
6. Qualified Architect with RIAI (or equivalent) accreditation.
7. Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within large-scale commercial or mixed-use sectors.
8. Strong design and technical delivery skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
9. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related software.
10. Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multidisciplinary teams.
