Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Naas, Ireland. The successful candidate will act as the key contact between our customers and the company, responding to customer requirements and resolving queries quickly.
The role involves maintaining professional communication with customers, managing account administration, and providing commercial support. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with all customers, while continuously improving your knowledge of products, customers, processes, and suppliers.
