The Role
Our client, a leading Irish wholesaler is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team based in Kilkenny. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage warranty claims from initial contact through to resolution.
* Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding service issues, parts, and repairs.
* Coordinate with engineers to arrange machine servicing and repairs.
* Process returns and handle incoming stock in the workshop/warehouse area.
* Collaborate closely with sales and accounts departments to ensure smooth service operations.
* Maintain accurate administrative records and stay on top of all open tasks.
* Provide general customer service and support within the service department.
* Perform any ad-hoc duties as they arise.
Requirements
* Prior experience in a busy service, administrative, or customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in English.
* Excellent administrative abilities with strong proficiency in IT systems and tools.
* Familiarity with machinery or technical products is highly desirable.
* Candidate must currently reside within a commutable distance with full working rights.
