We are a long-established automotive parts distributor based in Tallaght, Dublin 24, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy Sales Team.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently and promptly answer inbound telephone calls.Identify and advise on automotive parts, providing friendly and helpful service to customers, including assistance with technical queries.Respond to customer calls and queries in a timely, professional manner.Accurately process orders received via phone and other channels.Process sales invoices and credit notes with precision and attention to detail.Monitor incoming orders via our web portal to ensure accuracy.Work collaboratively with the Sales Office team to maintain full phone coverage.Communicate closely with our warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.Provide backup support to sales representatives on the road.The Ideal Candidate Will:Have a strong interest in all things automotive, particularly cars.Ideally possess previous experience in a similar role (automotive experience an advantage but not essential).Be fluent in EnglishHave an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.Remain calm and professional under pressure in a busy environment.Be helpful, courteous, and efficient with both customers and colleagues.Be a proactive team player with a willingness to learn and show initiative.Be professional, personable, and customer-focused.Demonstrate reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.Have a solid track record in timekeeping and attendance.What We Offer:Full training provided.Supportive team environment in a long-established, reputable business.Opportunities to learn and develop within the automotive trade.Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pmJob Type: Full-timePay: From €36,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
