Ecommerce Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth and oversee commercial performance in the Swiss or Belgian market. As an eCommerce Trading Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing trading strategies that exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Ownership of Market-Level Performance KPIs (BV, Net Revenue, Conversion, AOV, Margin) and driving actions to meet/exceed targets.
* Localization and implementation of the trading strategy, ensuring alignment with central objectives and market dynamics.
* Development and execution of discounting and promotional strategies within margin and budget frameworks.
* Use of performance data and competitor benchmarks to proactively adjust trading levers (e.g., pricing, product focus, campaign timing).
Requirements:
* At least 3 years' experience in eCommerce, trading, or digital merchandising, with a track record of driving revenue growth and improving digital performance through merchandising and promotional leverage.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to make strategic, data-informed decisions independently.
* Working knowledge of relevant analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, PowerBI), Excel, and CMS systems.
* Strong understanding of customer behavior and best practices in either the Swiss or Belgian market.

The interview process is straightforward, consisting of an initial 30-minute welcome call, followed by a second stage where candidates present a task, and finally a 30-minute call with the Head of eCommerce.
