Mocha Beans is a locally loved, independent coffee shop passionate about great coffee, warm service, and creating a welcoming space for everyone. We roast our own beans and take pride in every cup we serve.
Your Role:
As a barista at Mocha Beans, you'll be the face of our shop — greeting customers, preparing high-quality drinks, and keeping the shop clean and friendly.
What You'll Do:
* Prepare coffee and other beverages to company standards
* Create excellent latte art consistently
* Provide friendly, efficient customer service
* Keep the counter, equipment, and service area clean and tidy
* Restock items and follow opening/closing procedures
* Assist with simple food prep when needed
* Handle and manage cash-up procedures
What We're Looking For:
* A passion for coffee and latte art skills
* Friendly, positive attitude
* Reliable and punctual
* Strong communication skills
* Previous barista experience preferred
* Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays
* No Sunday or bank holiday availability required
