As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind engaging high-net-worth leads provided by the company. Your primary goal will be to qualify and schedule face-to-face appointments, aiming to secure new clients and assets. This role is highly entrepreneurial, involving extensive calling (excluding cold-calling) and direct consultative selling to close deals. You'll be supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service teams who handle client transitions and retention, allowing you to focus solely on selling.
