The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Team at Bidvest Noonan. This is a key role supporting the business with expert ER guidance, managing a varied caseload, and partnering with stakeholders to drive fair, consistent, and commercially sound outcomes.
Key Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Advisor
Manage employee relations cases end-to-end within agreed SLAs
Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and Irish employment law
Support and coach managers on people-related matters
Handle disputes, mediation, and WRC cases
Analyse ER trends and contribute to management reporting
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and HR teams
Support ER projects, policy updates, and wellbeing initiatives
Key Requirements of the Employee Relations Advisor
Proven experience in employee relations within a fast-paced organisation
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and WRC processes. Experience is essential.
Flexibility is required to attend WRC hearings as required
Experience managing complex ER and industrial relations cases; working with trade unions
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Solutions-focused with sound judgement and commercial awareness
