Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Team Coordinator to support our Business Development (BD) function.
This role provides essential back-office, organisational, analytical, and digital support, ensuring high standards of accuracy, coordination, and reporting across the BD team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining CRM integrity, supporting leadership reporting, and enabling effective collaboration across internal stakeholders.
The position is based in our Dublin office, supporting close, in-person collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively manage and maintain the CRM and associated digital platforms, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Business Development team
Coordinate meetings, calendars, workshops and logistics, including preparation, documentation and follow-up actions
Prepare structured meeting minutes, action logs and internal documentation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure actions are completed and resolutions delivered
Prepare internal slide packs and reports for leadership, governance and review meetings
Track actions, outputs and deliverables to support BD performance and accountability
Conduct structured market and opportunity research, producing clear reports and presentations on findings
Analyse information and present insights to support BD planning and decision-making
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, digital tools, reporting and data quality
Support the adoption, optimisation and effective use of CRM and digital platforms
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a business support, coordination or administrative role
Strong IT capability and confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
Proven ability to work independently, manage deadlines and support a high-performance team
Professional level of written and verbal English
Experience supporting senior stakeholders or commercial teams is advantageous
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and diligence
Proactive, energetic and collaborative, with the ability to work on own initiative
Clear, confident communicator with the ability to present information internally
Strong relationship-building skills across senior stakeholders and wider teams
