Role Overview
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site electrical activities to ensure works are completed safely, on time, to specification, and within budget. The role involves supervising electrical operatives and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, project drawings, quality standards, and client requirements.
This position is hands-on and leadership-focused, bridging site operatives and management while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Required Skills & Experience
Essential:
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrician
Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards and regulations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience supervising teams on large construction or industrial projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
Desirable:
Experience on data centres, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects
Previous commissioning or testing coordination experience
Familiarity with QA/QC processes and inspections
